1. Production & Processing Time

All products are made-to-order. Production begins once your order has been successfully placed.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
  • During peak periods, processing time may be slightly extended

2. Shipping Method

We ship within the United States using USPS (United States Postal Service).

3. Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

Total delivery time = Processing Time (2–5 days) + Shipping Time

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • Mysignbox is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Additional fees may apply for re-shipping returned orders

6. Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately based on availability.

  • No extra shipping charges will be applied for split shipments

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • USPS delays
