1. Production & Processing Time
All products are made-to-order. Production begins once your order has been successfully placed.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
- During peak periods, processing time may be slightly extended

We ship within the United States using USPS (United States Postal Service).

We offer the following shipping options:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- Mysignbox is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Additional fees may apply for re-shipping returned orders
6. Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately based on availability.
- No extra shipping charges will be applied for split shipments
